Wizkid breaks another record as he becomes first African artiste to headline World’s biggest gaming event in Saudi Arabia


Popular Nigerian singer, Ayodeji Balogun a.k.a Wizkid, achieved a remarkable feat in his music career on Thursday, July 4th, as he became the first African artiste to headline the World’s biggest gaming event, Gamers 8 eSports, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This has set social media abuzz with reactions from his fans who dub him ‘the greatest African artiste’.

Wizkid’s performance at the gaming event comes a few weeks after he was announced as a headliner at the forthcoming Rolling Loud Festival in Miami, New York.

The Rolling Loud festival will run for three days, with Wizkid earmarked to perform alongside his counterparts abroad.

Dave will headline the opening night on September 9th; American rapper Future will follow up with his performance on Saturday, September 10th, while WizKid will close out the three-day festival on September 11th.
