Omah Lay Announces ‘Boy Alone’ Album Release Date


Buzzing Nigerian musician, Stanley Omah Didia, better known as Omah Lay has finally given a release date for his upcoming album, “Boy Alone”.

The young sensational Afrobeats singer and songwriter has given fans and music lovers another cause to celebrate the new month of June as he announces he hints of dropping his first ever studio album.

The Afrobeats singing sensation who’s currently on a “Boy Alone World Tour” revealed that, his maiden studio album, ‘Boy Alone’ would be published on Friday, June 24, 2022 on all streaming platforms.

Meanwhile; Two of Nigerian biggest music acts, Adekunle Gold and Naira Marley have been billed to perform at this year’s NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert.

Adekunle Gold and Naira Marley are set to project Afrobeats globally as they will be performing at the 2022 NPR’s ‘Black Music Month Concert’ which is slated for Wednesday, June 1 2022 to Thursday, June 30, 2022.

The concert which is set up in commemoration of Juneteenth, a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the emancipation of enslaved African-Americans. It is also often observed for celebrating African-American culture.

Adekunle Gold and Naira Marley will share the NPR stage alongside Maverick City Music, Monica, Usher, James Francies, Denzel Curry, FKA Twigs, Ravyn Lenae, Larry June, and eight others. See flyer below.
