Rapper YCee has urged Nigerians to make their Permanent Voters Card (PVC) ready as the 2023 General election draws near.
According to YCee, he is tired of seeing the ‘old heads’ rule the country and yet no substantial development is noticed in the country. He asserted the strongest form of protest is by exercising the right as a voter.
