A video circulating on social media shows renowned actor Chiwetalu Agu sharing meals with the populace before being apprehended by the Nigerian Army.
This comes after the actor was detained by the Nigerian Army for wearing an outfit that was mistakenly identified as the flag of the Independent People of Biafra (IPOB), posing a threat to the community’s peace.
A video of Chiwetalu Agu sharing food with the crowd surfaced online just hours after he was released from Army prison. While the residents of the neighborhood waited up to get a part of the meal, the actor could be heard chatting in his local dialect.

Recall that Veteran Nollywood actor, Chiwetalu Agu was reportedly been arrested by the Department of State Services (DSS) shortly after he was released from the custody of the Nigerian Army.
According to Kemi Filani news, the DSS spokesperson, Peter Afunaya who spoke to Punch in an interview revealed that Chiwetalu Ago was brought to them by the Nigerian Army.
Afunaya said, “Army brought him to us. Justice will take its course.”
In other news, Brymo has been advised by the management of singer 2face Idibia to prepare to prove his charges against 2Baba in court.
Brymo had previously gone on a social media rage, claiming that 2face Idibia had wrongly accused him of sleeping with his wife, Annie.
In response to the charges, 2face filed a N1B defamation lawsuit against Brymo, threatening to sue him unless he issues a public apology and retracts all of his claims.
However, it looks that 2face is prepared to enforce the lawsuit despite receiving no apologies from Brymo, since his management, Hypertek Entertainment, has released a public statement instructing Brymo to have his evidence ready to present in court.
